Our Tariff and How to Book

Our bed & breakfast prices for 2008, booking details and conditions

Both studios are furnished to the same high standard, with solid-oak flooring, local slate tiling, top brand appliances and designer furniture

Bed & breakfast tariff for 2008

Rates for both studios range from £35 to £45 per person per night, including VAT where applicable, depending on the time of year and day of the week. There is a minimum of two nights on Friday and Saturday nights and at peak seasons.

These rates include a freshly-prepared full continental breakfast served in your studio, all bedding, towels, toiletries, kitchen utensils, kitchen supplies, in-room coffee, tea, fresh milk etc.

Call us for rates for single occupancy or single nights.

Booking your holiday

To check availability (and hopefully to book your holiday) please telephone us anytime on 015394 34000, or email brianfellsidestudios.co.uk, or you can send us a message direct from this website using the form on our contact page.

We will then send you a written confirmation of your booking, including an invoice for your deposit and a map of how to find us.

To secure your booking, please mail us a deposit of 25% of the total cost in a cheque made out to ‘Monica & Brian Liddell.’ Please note that if you will lose this deposit if you cancel your booking and we are unable to re-let.

Payment on the balance is due at the end of your stay, either as cash or in a cheque made out to ‘Monica & Brian Liddell.’

Studios are ready for arrival from 3.00 pm, and normal latest departure time is 11.00 am. Please give us your estimated arrival time when booking, and check with us if you’d like to depart later.

We’re sorry to say that Fellside Studios are not suitable for smokers, children under 12 years, or pets.
